PROCESS

This was my very first design position my freshman year at Loyola! Since I was taking Design II concurrently with the design process, a lot of the scenic deadlines I had were things I was doing for the first time. Thus, my biggest goals for this project were learning how to work on a design team, gain a basic knowledge of drafting/model building/color elevations, and coordinate with the director to carry out his vision for the show. I discovered during this process that I excelled at curating really thorough research, which is a skill I continue to bring to all my designs and dramaturgical positions.
